LAHORE The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) is all set to conduct the secondary academy instrument (SSC) periodic examination- 2024 from March 1.

The board has blazoned that 543,400 campaigners will appear in the examinations, out of whom 344,909 are in part 1 and 198,419 in part 2. The campaigners have formerly entered their roll number slips and can check their examination centers online.

The board has established 854 examination centers across its governance, covering the sections of Lahore, Nankana Sahib, Sheikhupura, Kasur, and Pattoki. The board has also deputized mobile inspectors and president team to cover the examination centers nearly and help any malpractice or infidelity.

In addition, the board has organized training shops for the preceptors who'll perform the examination duties as directors, deputy directors, invigilators, and paper setters. The shops will be held at different venues in each quarter from Feb 20 to 26.

BISE Lahore Chairman Dr. Anser Azhar will share as a special guest in the shops and address the preceptors on their places and liabilities.

The board has prompted all the preceptors to attend the shops and follow the guidelines.

The BISE has also appealed to the campaigners, parents, and the public to cooperate with the board in conducting the examinations in a fair and safe manner.
