Iqra completes one year of service
PR LAHORE - ‘Iqra The Vision’, a small group of friends cum NGO, has successfully completed one year of help for poor and orphan children.
Talking to media yesterday, Director Dr Nauman Rafi Rajput told that last year 60 kids were adopted by the organisation.
All their educational responsibilities and requirements were fulfilled by ‘Iqra The Vision’, and 57 of them passed their academic year with flying colours, he added.
“The organisation is continuing to help the children in their upcoming careers,” he further said.
The motto of this organisation is to spread the education to overcome and combat illiteracy, terrorism, and injustice in society.
Dr Rajput categorically denied taking any Sadka or Zakat.
Rather this NGO provide scholarship to the deserving kids by considering the kids like their own family members, he added.
Wishing a better future for the kids, Dr Rajput hoped that the organisation will grow enough to make free schools for children in Pakistan.
