Saturday, November 14, 2015 - Karachi—11th Karachi International Book Fair inaugurated at Karachi Expo center the inauguration ceremony of event was held where Opposition Leader Khurshid Ahmad Shah was the chief guest of the inauguration ceremony of Karachi International Book Fair he says “Anybody who can read headlines news, it does not mean he is a well educated person, we did not concentrate on education which it deserves, We say we have 62 percent literacy rate that is not acceptable globally”.

During in his speech where all Print and Electronic Media was present he declared book fair a good activity he says these types of event should be organize in another cities of Sindh like Hyderabad, Sukkur, Larkana and more, This will make people more aware

PPP Senior Leader Khursheed Shah concerned his views about education he says “We have neglected the edu-cation, we cannot say ourselves as a well educate nation. Book reading habits are going on low side as compare to birth ratio”.

He further says “We can make our international relations more strong with the help of books.Consulate Gen-eral of Turkey Morat M. He further says “when he arrived Karachi before four years back, the Law and order situation of city was not good, now condition is good and Turkish dramas are also popular in Pakistan”.
