Representatives from 16 US universities share experience with Millennials
ISLAMABAD: Roots Millennium Schools’ Flagship Millennium Campus I9/3, Islamabad in collaboration with United States Education Foundation Pakistan (USEFP) organised a visit of 16 US universities in the formers premises on Wednesday.
Representatives from Murray State University, Valparaiso University, University of Northern Iowa, Iowa State university of Science and Technology, Colorado State University, University of Bridgeport, Old Dominion University, Saint Peter’s University, University of Kentucky, Arizona State University, St Ambrose University, Savannah College of Art and Design, Hiram College, Western Kentucky University, Wichita State University and Northeastern Illinois University talk and brief Millennials about global undergraduate scholarships. All the representatives of the universities were there to brief about scholarships and study abroad. This session was quite productive and interesting for all Millennials from Islamabad, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Mirpur and Gujranwala campuses as they were part of this interactive fair. Roots Millennium Schools being the house of opportunity accommodates students from all over Pakistan from various backgrounds and different system of education. All the representatives of the universities addressed the students sharing the opportunities of higher education in United States of America. This was followed by a highly interactive question and answer session in which AS and A level students posed very pertinent questions regarding study in US, the cultural difference and environment in US colleges and universities. After the question and answer session, RMS Chief Executive Faisal Mushtaq presented memento to the representatives who have added to the pride of the RCI by showing up in Millennials campus for one to one talk session.
