HEC, UNESCO to collaborate for enhancing education opportunities
Higher Education Commission (HEC) and United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) will collaborate for enhancing education opportunities.
The decision was made during a meeting between Chairman HEC, Dr Mukhtar Ahmed and Director UNESCO Islamabad Vibeke Jensen in Islamabad.
Both sides will identify specific areas of further strengthening of higher education sector in the country.
Dr Mukhtar hoped that HEC will have a productive partnership with UNESCO for advancing the cause of education in Pakistan.
