COUNTRY TO GET UNANIMOUS EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM SOON: PRESIDENT
Thursday, September 17, 2015 - Islamabad—President Mamnoon Hussain Wednesday said the country would soon get unanimous educational curriculum which would improve the quality of education and contribute toward national solidarity.
He was talking to a delegation of Pakistan National Forum (PNF) which called on him at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.
The President said an exemplary harmony existed between the government and the armed forces.
Resultantly, efforts under the umbrella of National Action Plan (NAP) were underway to restore law and order and ensure peace throughout the country, he added.
The President said the work on China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) was progressing satisfactorily with the mutual cooperation of both countries and with its completion, the economy of not just Pakistan but of the whole region, would gain immensely.
He expressed optimism that the country’s economic indicators were improving as a result of better economic strategy for which government’s economic team deserves praise.
He hoped that as a result of better economic policies, the life of common man would further improve.
On the issue of continuous increase in private school fees, the President hoped that in this regard regulatory authority would come up to the expectations of the people.
The President said that owners of the private schools were responsible citizens of the country and in this matter, they should adopt a sympathetic approach. He also appealed to the people to raise their voice against corruption at their respective levels.
