Efforts underway for uniformity in standard of education in FG institutions
Islamabad—Minister of State for Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD), Barrister Usman Ibrahim on Wednesday said the government is carrying out efforts to bring uniformity in standard of education among the educational institutions of model and federal government set up.
CADD has formed a sub-committee to check out the missing facilities and condition of buildings in the f.g set up to bring it at par with the model set up, he said.
The minister was addressing at the Award Distribution Ceremony arranged to distribute cash prizes and certificates among the top 10 students of Class V and Class X at Islamabad College for Boys (ICT) G-6/3.
The sub-committee would come up with its recommendations which would be implemented in letter and spirit, Usman Ibrahim assured.
He congratulated the award winning students and their parents as well who played their prominent role in the study and training of their children.
He said the educational institutions run by Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) have achieved overall 82 percent in result and 83 percent in Matric result which is quite satisfactory.
Secretary, CADD, Khalid Hanif congratulated the female teachers and students who have clinched more awards than males and said females are giving better performance in all fields of life.
He urged the parents and teachers to pay focus on the training of the children besides concentrating on their academics.
Usman Ibrahim distributed cash prizes and certificates among the top ten students of Class V and X as well as the teachers who have given best performance. A number of students, parents, teachers and officials of CADD attended the ceremony.
