There is a lofty percentage for the amount of people in the world who are stressed or suffer anxiety in their day to day life and we all go through such a stage in life. This feeling of distress is a point of life where it becomes really hard for a person to continue in each day living.
In young people 2 out of 6 people suffer stress. Younger group do tend to be more hassled than older people are. It may be because they are more keen to admit to it. They just don't know where they're going in life.
Anxiety is not just a part of people facing poverty or those who are ugly or unattractive but is faced by most confident ,successful famous and beautiful celebrities who managed service through serious depression Actors such a shahrukh khan, deepika pakekone, jhonny depp, adele, demilavato, micheal jackson, and so many.

Chiefly, Accept yourself for who you are, decide to be strong, accept as true the worldwith its goods and bads, have patience, rely on god and his powers pray to God and be contented in your destiny. As a matter of fact we always look upto people and tie hope to all bodies buts not right when they knock us down all the expectations are crushed we feel al alone.so don’t expect, don’t look ipto anyone, be your own hero, support yourself, move on let it go cause no one’s interested in your success.

Being said there are two ways to deal with anxiety; be impulsive and distress everyone and yourself or you disguise your agression; either way causes harm.

There are different ways different people deal with anxiety following are the stress;

Repression is when you express yourself as frightened and painful

Reaction formation is concealing a motive from yourself but giving stress motives or expressions

Denial is when person completely denies that an unpleasant reality exists

And intellectualism is attending to going detachment from a stressful situation by dealing with it as an abstract.
